How to throw the perfect make-your-own margarita party!
Mango-Chile Margarita
A spicy twist on a classic Margarita! Ingredients are for one drink.

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Mariner or Triple-Sec)
  • 2 ounces while or silver tequila
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup diced mango
  • 1 or 2 jalapeno slices
  • 1 or 2 sprigs cilantro
  • 1-2 teaspoons simple syrup if desired
  • Chile salt for rim
Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add mango, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, simple syrup, and liquor.
  2. Using a muddler, smash the mixture well. Fill shaker to top with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Run a cut lime around rim and roll in salt. Fill short glass with ice to rim.
  4. Strain margarita into glasses and garnish with chile slices and lime wedge.
