  • Medium quality champagne or sparkling wine
  • Fresh raspberry and an orange twist for garnish


  • Into each champagne glass pour approximately 1 Tablespoon Creme de Cassis
  • Top with champagne.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberry and an orange twist.
