Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10" Bundt pan or tube pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a mixing bowl on low, beat eggs, oil and applesauce and vanilla until blended.
Slowly add dry ingredients, mixing just until blended.
Fold in apples, cranberries and walnuts. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean and cake is golden brown.
Cool before removing from pan.
To make Cider Glaze, mix powdered sugar, cinnamon and cider together. Drizzle over warm cake
