- 2 1/4 pounds roasted Brussels sprouts
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
While sprouts roast, heat 3 tbsp. olive oil in med skillet over med heat until shimmering.
Add minced cloves garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until golden and fragrant, about 1 min.
Remove from heat. After transferring sprouts to a platter, toss with garlic, and olive oil. Add Parmesan cheese before serving.
