raw walnut halves

Tablespoons
unsalted butter

teaspoons
finely chopped fresh rosemary
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
a couple of pinches of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt butter with rosemary, kosher salt and a couple of pinches of cayenne pepper.
Pour this mixture over walnut halves, tossing to coat them.
Bake the nuts on a cookie sheet at 350* F. for 10 minutes.
