  • 2 cups raw walnut halves
  • Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • a couple of pinches of cayenne pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter with rosemary, kosher salt and a couple of pinches of cayenne pepper.
  3. Pour this mixture over walnut halves, tossing to coat them.
  4. Bake the nuts on a cookie sheet at 350* F. for 10 minutes.
