Chicken bacon ranch sandwich is packed with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, avocado and cheese drizzled in homemade ranch dressing. One sandwich will feed two people.

- 1 French roll (hoagie roll or sourdough)
- 8 ounces chicken breast grilled
- 2 slices bacon cooked
- 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 avocado sliced
- 2 slices purple onion
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Grill chicken. Fry bacon. Toast or grill bread or roll.
Spread bottom of the roll with ranch. Layer with lettuce, tomato and chicken breast.
Add avocado and onion slices. Followed by cheese, bacon and more ranch dressing. Top with roll.
