Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich

Chicken bacon ranch sandwich is packed with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, avocado and cheese drizzled in homemade ranch dressing. One sandwich will feed two people.

Ingredients

  • 1 French roll (hoagie roll or sourdough)
  • 8 ounces chicken breast grilled
  • 2 slices bacon cooked
  • 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 avocado sliced
  • 2 slices purple onion
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Grill chicken. Fry bacon. Toast or grill bread or roll.
  • Spread bottom of the roll with ranch. Layer with lettuce, tomato and chicken breast.
  • Add avocado and onion slices. Followed by cheese, bacon and more ranch dressing. Top with roll.
