Mango-Chile Margarita
A spicy twist on a classic Margarita! Ingredients are for one drink.

- 1 ounce orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Mariner or Triple-Sec)
- 2 ounces while or silver tequila
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup diced mango
- 1 or 2 jalapeno slices
- 1 or 2 sprigs cilantro
- 1-2 teaspoons simple syrup if desired
- Chile salt for rim
In a cocktail shaker, add mango, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, simple syrup, and liquor.
Using a muddler, smash the mixture well. Fill shaker to top with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Run a cut lime around rim and roll in salt. Fill short glass with ice to rim.
Strain margarita into glasses and garnish with chile slices and lime wedge.
