Oven Poached Salmon
Fish is both baked and poached in wine, lemon juice or fish stock, for a fast and easy dinner meal.
- 4 wild-caught salmon filets
- 1/4 cup liquid (lemon juice, fish stock, or dry white wine)
- Kosher salt and black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place fish in a cast-iron pan or any heat-proof skillet.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
