Squillace Family Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

can artichoke bottoms
chopped

cans artichoke hearts
with leaves, for texture, chopped
1 1/4
cups
of Best Foods Olive Oil mayo

cup
Parmesan cheese

teaspoons
Kosher salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together an bake at 350* for about 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
