Meyer Lemon Bars
Grease or line pan with parchment. Cream butter and powdered sugar together. Add flour, mix just until blended. Pat into a 8"X 8" pan. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until barely golden
Blend filling ingredients together.
Pour onto baked crust and return to oven for an additional 20 to 25 minutes at 350*, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
(To double batch, bake in a 13"X 9" pan)
