Ingredients

  • 4 eggs hard boiled
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard I use Coleman's
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. fresh or dried dill (or 1 Tablespoon fresh chives)
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Use pastry blender (or 2 forks) to cut the eggs into small pieces.
  • Add all ingredients. Mix well. Season to taste.
