Gluten Free Flour Blend

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups/170 g. brown rice flour
  • 1 1/4 cups/170 g. white rice flour
  • 1 cup/165 g. sweet rice flour
  • 1 cup/120 g. tapioca flour
  • scant 2 teaspoon xanthan gum

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk everything together. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 weeks or in the refrigerator for up to 4 months.
