Ingredients

  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil (or peanut oil)
  • 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon minced celery
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until almost smooth.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
