Fresh guacamole with tomatoes, lime and green onions.

- 2 avocados halved, pits removed and diced
- 1 medium tomato diced
- 2 green onions finely sliced
- 1 lime juiced
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste.
Optional
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 jalapeños minced, (wear gloves!)
- 1 small red onion minced
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Keep it a bit chunky.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add more lime juice if desired.
Refrigerate. Keep the pit in the guacamole to keep it bright green
