4-Ingredient Guacamole Recipe

Fresh guacamole with tomatoes, lime and green onions.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados halved, pits removed and diced
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 2 green onions finely sliced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste.

Optional

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeños minced, (wear gloves!)
  • 1 small red onion minced

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Keep it a bit chunky.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add more lime juice if desired.
  • Refrigerate. Keep the pit in the guacamole to keep it bright green
